Login, do the whole song and dance, and get kicked back with no install once I upload?! Whats up here, I get no concrete answer. 4.02

I have seen a similar issue, but I am not sure the cause.  Correct me if I am wrong, this happens right after you click add (it adds the PA t the list), then click "Upload". Then blink you are at the module definition page.  Is this what you are seeing? 

If so, try uploading it from the local system if you have access.  If that does not work, you should look at DNN 4.0.3, I have not had the issue with it (that I know of).
