An unqualified YES.  I would upgrade ASAP.  Especially if you are installing it for the first time and are NOT using SQLExpress...

FYI: 4.0.3 is a release that only covers issues that came up with .NET 2.0. The release is still currently in beta, which is why it hasn't been officially announced yet. Use it at your own risk... bla, bla, bla - typical "you're using beta software" jargon.

If you want a list of changes, check this out. Know that this isn't an official list of changes, but my personal observation based on the differences between 4.0.2 and 4.0.3.

Thanks for the information!  I was having good success using DNN 4.0.2 but am always interested in new releases.  I see that the DNN 4.0.3 has been posted for download and given the track record of the previous version, feel very comfortable with upgrading.

Thanks for the documentation on what the changes are, as well.  This is quite a project and quite an impressive effort!

If you haven't had any problems with 4.0.2, you might want to stick with it. The only reason I say this is because the 4.1 upgrade will be pretty hefty and should be out in a month, give or take a week or so. 4.0.3 should take much to upgrade, but at the same time, you'll probably want to upgrade with this next release, so it may not be worth the effort.

It's up to you. You can see what's changed, so that should help you in determining whether or not it's worth the time to upgrade.
