I want customize user registration module. I want validate user name as email address. When user enter email address for user name textbox i want use  username text box to save both username and email.

I want to know which files should have change this.

 It depends on which DNN version are you using. If you're using DNN 4.8.x or above (CMIIW on this one), it supports multiple authentication scenario: DNN, LiveID, OpenID. Default one is DNN (standard username and password).

If this is the one you're using, you might want to check /DesktopModules/AuthenticationServices/DNN, and modify Login.ascx by adding validators to the page, and add extra server-side validation logic in Login.ascx.vb

If you're using other authentication method, try to check out the other folder in /DesktopModules/AuthenticationServices
