I have setup a security role of page viewers for people who I want to log in and see pages before they are opened up to the public.  I cannot figure out how to remove their ability to edit the modules.  On each page I set their user role to view only, but they still get the little tri-angle in the upper left that allows them to edit - what am I missing?

The view and edit button appear when the user accessing the page has rights to do something specific on a module on the page.   I most commonly see this appear when a person is given permission to add events to the events module.  I think you need to look at each module on the page and see what their view/edit permissions are set to.
