Is there any way to set default module settings? I may have asked this before, but can't find the answer.

I never use the Visibility setting in a modules Page Settings. So that means for each module I insert I have to go in and set the Visibility to none. Boy is this annoying. It would be nice if there was a place to set default module settings per portal or even module type (that's asking for a bit much).

Am I missing something that would do this?

I know I can make containers with no Visibility control and thus avoid the issue, but there is a principal here and not just affecting Visibility. Print for example. I almost always want that off as well.

Thanks

In your module settings, expand the Page Settings and then the Advanced Settings within this.

In the Advanced settings you will see an option Set As Default Settings?

check this and whatever settings you have used for that module will be the default values for further modules.
