There is control panel and admin functions to manage the content and functions. How can I
1) change the skin and container
2) Replace the dotnetnuke logo
3) modify the layout, top, left, center, right, bottom panes. e.g. I just need left and center panes, do not need right pane.
4) Hidden the top control panel

1) to change design for all pages of your portal, go to site settings in admin module and specify skin and containers. To modify for current page only click settings in page functions of the control panel and select another skin and container. you can override selected container per module in module settings as well

2) go to site settings in admin module, logo selection is part of "appearence" section.

3) use an appropriate skin or modify the skin you are using. for details please check out the skinning guide, available for download from Resources > Documentation > download page in menu above

4) there is a "hide" option on the right hand side, that will reduce the control panel to a single line. People w/o page edit permission will not get it displayed at all.
