Hi,

I use the chat module on a popular forum site (DNN 4.8.1) and many of the users have complained of an error saying "invalid argument" that appears as text inside the chat window.  It seems to clear after a few refreshes but happens quite a bit.  Does anyone know what this is?

Thanks,

Theo

Yes, that's a bug. Or at least a problem with the module in DNN 4.8+. Unfortunately we haven't yet been able to release a fix, but hope to do so soon.

Sorry for the inconvenience.

Stefan,

Thanks for the quick response.  Good to know it's a know issue and not a problem specific to my site.  A great module in general the users on my site love it.

Thanks,

Theo
