Is the store version 2.01 compatable with dotnetnuke version 4.8? I've set it up but it's not working at all. It's probably something I've done wrong but I have no idea what that could be. Any help is appreciated!

Yes, the Store module work with DNN 4.8 (DNN 4.4.1 +). Please read the chapter 3 (other chapters are about the source version only) of this post for install your Store.
