Users may enter reviews of products.  These reviews must be approved by the admin before they will show on the site.

Not sure I understand your second question about baskets, can you be more specific?

Thank for your relpy, but I think:

1. Users can't enter reviews b/c this is in store admin, only show for admin role, is it right ???

2. When customers committed their orders, what is next step ? Admin would save status of these orders, and .... ???? How can use Paypal function ???

Please help me,

Khang

1) You have to enable the reviews feature.  When you add a catalog to the page, you can edit Catalog settings.  Navigate to Catalog Settings --> Product Details Settings and check the "Show Reviews" checkbox.

2) What happens after someone places an order depends on your choice of Gateway in the Store Admin.  If you choose Email, the money transaction is handled offline.  If you choose Authorize.net or Paypal, the money will be transacted using one of these services.

Thank Michael a lot. Now I understood that.
