Is there any way to customize whe email that is sent to Owner/Customer when a order is placed, or has its status changed.

I would like to Customize the parts of the email that list the dynamic information, e.g. Product, Status, etc.

Really I would like to change to complete layout of the email to more of a invoice look.

Hi,

You can change every strings with the standard DNN Language Editor.  Login to your web site with the host account, then go to Host > Languages and clikc on Language Editor at the bottom left. In the left tree, expand Local Resources > DesktopModules > Store > Providers > GatewayProviders. If you use the email gateway provider expand EmailProvider > App_LocalResources and click on EmailPayment.ascx. If you use the payPal gateway provider expand PayPalProvider > App_LocalResources and click on PayPalPayment.ascx. Now in the right part search for resources using the prefix Order (OrderEmailHeader.Text, OrderItems.Text, ...). When a resource contains a {n} DO NOT REMOVE IT! This is used for insert values from the order.

Because it's not simple as the templating system used for the catalog, I do not know if you could modify the email as you want. In a future version, I plan to create a real email template.

We (team members) are Humans offering their knowledge, their work and their spare time FOR FREE to benefit the community. It would be so particularly appreciated that your messages begin with "Hello" and end with "Thank you" or any other form of politeness. Ask yourself what your reaction would be, if you were approached by me (a total stranger) on the street to ask you something without saying "Hello" nor "Thank you"? After several years of services dedicated to the community, I begin to be tired to read requests without any form of politeness.
