Unfortunately, AliCommerce doesn't support destination based sales tax.  Despite requirements to record and file destination based sales tax by 22 states there isn't a single DotNetNuke shopping cart with support for it.  In fact, there are only a handful of shopping carts that support it at all, and only osCommerce has a module to support this.

I'm frustrated, but not with DotNetNuke.  I'm frustrated with the state for requiring this ridiculous tax to begin with.  It is incredibly difficult/expensive for online retailers to comply with and doesn't result in any additional revenue for the State.
