You probably missed an object qualifier, as this didn't cause problems in an installation without an object qualifier.

Other possibility: a conflict with catalook, I also have a catalook store in this DNN installation

Peter,

Actually, this might have been caused by a cookie lingering on your pc. If it happens again, clear your cookies and add something to your cart again.

When a user completes a checkout the cart record is copied to an order record and then deleted. The cookie holding the cart id should be deleted as well, but sometimes it sneaks through. So the next time the user tries to add an item to the cart, they still have an old cart id and get the foreign key conflict.
