I am using 4.0.2. and getting the same error when trying to install the package from Module definitions.

Please compare your web.config with the release.config included with that version, there seemes to be missing an http option.

Whoops. It just went back to definitions screen[see "Nothing happened" post]. I changed the skin of the portal and now am getting the same message. weird.
