Is there someway to allow visitors to subscribe to a newsletter

after logging in, he only needs to click on his name to enter his profile, where he can join public groups like "subscribers". You can easily create additional groups for multiple newsletters.

So lets say I am not requiring people to register on my site.  Can I allow anonymous people to subscribe to newsletters, like on some sites on the front page you can enter your email address and click a subscribe button.
