I get the following under Host > Module Definitions > Upload New Module > Browse > Add > Upload New File:

StartJob Starting Installation
StartJob Reading files
Failure       ExceptionSystem.ObjectDisposedException: Cannot access a closed file. at etc.etc.

when trying to upload Document Exchange 3 Pro (Bring2mind.DMX_03.02.00.zip) into DNN 3.2.1. and 3.2.2.  I can upload the same file into DNN 4.0.2. without any problems - but DNN 3.2.1 is the suggested framework and I get erratic behaviour in DNN4.

Apparently this is a DNN specific problem?

Can anyone suggest a fix/workaround for this problem?
