Hi

I am use dotnetnuke 4.7.0 and store module and

i want to use emil provider gate way that when the user buy i recieved email by the order

i wrote the email in the store info tab and in the host account and admin account

and the module give me message that the email send successfuly but no email sent to me

the message which appear after check out say:

 

Thank you, your order is confirmed. Your order number is 1006

We will contact you shortly to arrange payment.

but no email send to me

any quick help please

Hi Meeda,

Go to Host > Host Settings > Advanced Settings > STMP Server Settings. Please verify you settings, modify it if nedded and click on Update, then click on Test. Tell me if you receive the test email. Currently, the Store module always call the smtp server on port 25 and do not use SSL. I have corected this problem for the next version.
