An email gateway is a great idea.  I will add it to the list of enhancements for a future release.  The beta 2 release only supports PayPal and Authorize.net for now.

Hi Guys

Ive tried the email provider but i dont get an email and the costumer dont get one?
I'm using 2.01.00 ive configured and tested ok in my host smtp.

Anything i might be doing wrong?

Thanks in advance!

Hi,

You can use the store with- and without the provider.
I added (trough the host->languages settings) a link into the screen where you must click the button to go to pay-pal.
The customer has a choice to pay with pay-pal or clicking the link to pay another way.
This link is directing to a screen with a message "thanks for your order etc...".
So, depending of the language English or Dutch (I' am dutch) the store can do different actions.
This way all the emails are send to the customer and the store owner.
After I get the email with the order confirmation I send a separate email to the customer how to pay trough a check or other way.
