Hi,

I have a questions about user accounts. I can see limited user information, such as name, user id, address, e-mail etc., but I cannot see the other information such as password. I think I need to know at least user password if users forget their passwords and ask me what those are.

Could you let me know where and how to see and change them?

Thanks in advance

Actually... you should NOT be able to see your users passwords.  They are encrypted when stored by default.  They can request password reminders be sent to their registered email address by clicking the password reminder button from the login control.

You can reset ( change ) a users password in user management.  But seeing the passwords that people have entered is simply not good practice.

Thanks for the answer.

But where can I find user management? I can see the user information in 'user accounts', but I cannot change anything there. Could you let me know where 'user management' is?

Thanks in advance.
