How do I change the Buy Now and Add To Cart buttons?

I've created some new ones to match the skin I'm using, however, currently haven't found where to specify to use these new ones, please help.

Steve

I haven't seen a way to change this is the administration page, but in poking around the code, I've found that purchaseimg.gif in the portal's Store/Templates/Images folder is used for the Purchase button and addtocartimg.gif is used for the Add to Cart button. If you replace the existing files with your buttons then that's what should display on the page.

If there's a better way to do this, I would like to know, also.

Hi Steve,

By default, templates, images and css are stored inside...\DesktopModules\Store\Templates. If you check Portal Templates in the Store Admin module, then this files are copied inside ...\Portals\n\Templates (n is the current portal number). This allow to have different templates and styles for each portal.

Your image files must use the gif format and must ahve the same name. Button file names are: Buy Now=purchaseimg.gif, Add To Cart=addtocartimg.gif

We (team members) are Humans offering their knowledge, their work and their spare time FOR FREE to benefit the community. It would be so particularly appreciated that your messages begin with "Hello" and end with "Thank you" or any other form of politeness. Ask yourself what your reaction would be, if you were approached by me (a total stranger) on the street to ask you something without saying "Hello" nor "Thank you"? After several years of services dedicated to the community, I begin to be tired to read requests without any form of politeness.
