How do I set up the Store module 2.0 to not require shipping rates on products. Our association sells memberships only, and no shipping is required. In my testing, whenever I add a membership to my cart and attempt to checkout, I get a message that says  "Sorry, but we don't have any shipping rates for the weight of items in your basket. Please contact us stating the list of products you'd like to order and we'll get a shipping quote for you. " We don't need shipping !!. Any help is appreciated.

Hi,

You must use at least one shipping price even if the cost is set to 0! Go to the Store Admin module, expand Shipping Administration then add a shipping rate like this one:

  • Description: 'none'
  • Min. Weight: 0
  • Max. Weight: 9999999
  • Cost: 0

I had to actually modify the store to not display shipping info... Sounds like something that could benifit in an "on/off" switch maybe!
