This usually means you have a duplicate entry in the module definition.  Probably the fastest way to fix would be to delete the module from module definitions, but then you would loose data.  If you don't want to do that you can manually remove the duplicate entry, but first we need to verify if that is the problem.

1) Go to Module Definitions under the host menu. You should have the following list of Store Modules:

2) Now click on the Store Catalog and make sure you only have one definition listed.  It should look something like this...

3. If you have more then one Definition listed in the drop down box you can remove it.  If you only have one listed then we need to come up with something else.  ;)

I know i have seen this problem before with store version 1 but can't exactly remember, but it may be worth trying to place the problem control on a different page to see if it resolves the problem. Or at the very least moving the Store admin control toa diferent page.
