I was wondering if there was any place that lists the future enhancements of WWStore.

I found a few things I thought were missing that I have plans to build in.  I already changed the way the Manufacturer system works, instead of typing in a textbox I made it so you can select from the available portal Vendors.

I am now building an attributes system for products that I will be finishing very soon.  I also want to add in some UPS shipping calculation.

I am very new to DNN.  How could i submit my changes to help other people? Should I just post them on the forum here?

I agree but you can find many posts about future enhancements in the forum.

IMHO, it's not a good idea to use the portal vendors. Because this table is used by the Banners module. What if you delete a vendor from the banners module? The idea to replace the text box by a combo is good, but I think it would be better to add a Manufacturers module inside WWStore to do the job. I have "talk" about B2B features with some other users. If I add this kind of feature in the future, we will need a manufacturers module.

The attribute system is an other very good idea and it's on my long list of possible enhancements. The UPS shipping would be very usefull too.

You can send me a zip of your WWStore folder, if your enhancements are not too specific I will add it in a future version. You can find my email address in my profile, click on ploum in the left column. In this case, it would be better to use the last WWStore version (02.01.01).

I used the vendors so I could have a quick way of using the banners and keeping track of advertising clicks.. The Idea was to maybe expand on that for affiliate promotions / CoOp advertising.  I can see what your saying about deleting them.  I will see what I can come up with about seperating this into its own manufacturers module.

I am a little more than halfway completed with the Attributes system. 

 I started working on a new UPS provider to expand on the shipping.

When I get those 2 new features wrapped up, I will post them on the forum for anyone to take a look at.
