The offical Store 02.01.00 is not currently released. You can look for the progression at the release tracker. Alternatively, you can try WWStore 02.01.01 at www.dotnetnuke.fr. This is the same code base and I will provide a script for migrate data fom WWStore to Store when the official module will be released.

File DNN_Store_Source.resources is just a zip-file, it do contains source code. But you can't use it. At last I couldn't.
