This form is fully dynamic! This meens you must follow the same logic to add fields and/or button. In the Page_Load event (lines 194-201) the html template is parsed and every token are replaced by corresponding controls. Look inside the procedure processToken (lines 430-485). But, this is not the rigth place to add control for each displayed product! You have to add your code inside ProductDetail.ascx.cs. The logic is the same, in the Page_Load event (line 179) the html template is read then parsed (lines 355-595).
