I just made a successful compile. What I do is to

1 . created a folder C:\VSProjects\DNN\Website\WWStore_02.00.00_Install

2. Re-referenced the name space. Dotnetnuke related. I found all name space that can't be referenced can be found under the dotnetnuke\bin folder.

I have three file need to be re-reference.

1.CountryListBox.dll

2.DotNetNuke.dll

3.Microsoft.ApplicationBlocks.Data.dll

Hope these information can help others to compile this file.

Hi Marc,

Concerning the WWStore 02.00.08 source, read this (long) post!

For change the text of the email, you do not need to modify the source code. I moved all the strings in the resources files in order to be able to translate the module completely. Go to Host > Languages, at the bottom left click on Language Editor. In the left tree expand: LocalResources > DesktopModules > WWStore > Providers > GatewayProviders > EmailProvider > App_LocalResources then select EmailPayment.ascx. You will find all strings in the right part, change them as you want!

It would be so particularly appreciated that your messages begin with "Hello" and end with "Thank you" or any other form of politeness. Ask yourself what your reaction would be, if you were approached by me (a total stranger) on the street to ask you something without saying "Hello" nor "Thank you"? After several years of services dedicated to the community, I begin to be tired to read requests without any form of politeness.

Gilles,

I've followed your instructions but am running into 21 pop error boxes stating:

The project file 'C:\DotNetNuke_2\DesktopModules\WWStore\Providers\DotNetNuke.WWStore.Providers.csproj' cannot be opend.

The project type is not supported by this installation.

For every project file...

Any ideas?

Thanks,

Marc

Gilles,

Thanks for the information on the Language Resources.

In the Resource Name: OrderItems.Text entry (within EmailPayment.ascx) there are a few wildcard fields entered ({0} x {1} @ {2}). These turn out to be Quantity, Model Name and Unit Price. How would I go about adding additional information about the order? Specifically I'd like to get the model number into the email. Does it have a wild card number associated with it or does that need to be defined elsewhere.

Again, thanks for the contributions and help,

Marc

Hi Marc,

I think that you receive this error message because your VS is not that about which I speak:

Moreover, given that I converted the projects to the WAP model you must IMPERATIVELY use VS2005 Pro (not Web Express) and have applied the SP1.

Do you have VS 2005 Pro AND VS2005 SP1 installed? If you uses VS2005 Pro, probably that the SP1 was not installed! Because the error message is clear : The project type is not supported by this installation. The project type used is WAP, this kind of project is supported ONLY by VS2005 Pro SP1. SP1 can be freely downloaded here.
