hi ismet,

i have found a solution for i ı problem. FTB cause error because of HTML2XHTML converter function which is in the Freetextbox.Support.Formatter namespace. However you can disable HTML2XHTML formatter by a parameter. You should initialize the parameter in the Ftb3HtmlEditorProvider class.

Just open the Provider.Ftb3HtmlEditorProvider solution from the source and modify the following lines at initialize method.

Public Overrides Sub Initialize()

cntlFtb = New FreeTextBoxControls.FreeTextBox

cntlFtb.Language = System.Threading.Thread.CurrentThread.CurrentUICulture.Name

cntlFtb.ButtonImagesLocation = ResourceLocation.InternalResource 'Get button images from dll

cntlFtb.JavaScriptLocation = ResourceLocation.ExternalFile

cntlFtb.ToolbarImagesLocation = ResourceLocation.InternalResource 'Gets toolbar images from dll

cntlFtb.FormatHtmlTagsToXhtml = False ' Disable Formatter

Then rebuild the solution and replace the DotNetNuke.Ftb3HtmlEditorProvider.dll in the bin folder. Don't forget to update reference to this dll.

FTB developer should handle Turkish location lowercase issue in the H2X formatter method. This is not a DNN related issue.

ilyas daskaya
