After upgrading to DNN 6.1.5, the older version (4.x.x) of Feedback module still looked OK, but had info/help icons on top of the text labels.

We upgraded the Feedback module to latest vesrion 6.1.0 (no errors) and it BLEW UP the formatting - all label text sizes are HUGE now, and all the fields are mis-alligned.

How can this be fixed? It looks toitally RIDICULOUS --> http://www.selfnet.com/en-us/ordernow...

Version 6 is a fundamental change to use the DNN 6 design patterns, so it using the styling set within your skin. You would need to add appropriate styling to your skin to set the font sizes for the feedback module if you don't want them in line with your standard skin settings.

Cheers

Thank you, Roger...  The thing is - the Feedback module is the ONLY one having these problems, all others are working just fine.

Cold you help us fix that -- can it be done by editing CSS only?  We're in a tight spot here - the skin vendor is nowhere to be found, and we don't have a skin designer to modify it...

I would normally give a hand, but I'm sorry I'm really snowed under at work. To be honest if it doesn't work for you now I would recommend going back to the previous version.

I couldn't "go back" because it wouldn't allow me to install an earlier version.  Since removing the module would kill the existing web pages, I ended up restoring files + DB from backup, and then upgrading to Feedback version 5.1.0...

THAT MADE THINGS EVEN WORSE for Internet Explorer browser. FireFox looked perfect, but IE threw the labels all over the form.

So I ended up restoring AGAIN just go get back where we were before...at version 5.02 -- but it turns out, after the upgrade to DNN 6.1.5 neither Feedback 5.0.2 or 5.1.0 versions don't work correctly anymore.

I am now forced to restore all the way back to previous version of DNN AND Feedback module, which is a huge waste of time.
