I have noticed that if you change the Enrollment Role to something other than ' "None" for All Registered ', you cannot set it back to "None" later with Update. If you select None and then Update it takes you back to the Events display page. But if you edit that event again you will notice that your Enrollment Role did not get changed to "None".

The only work-around I have found for this is to delete the event in question and re-enter it as a new event.

This fix is in for 5.0.3 - http://support.dotnetnuke.com/issue/ViewIssue.aspx?id=10458&PROJID=11 - which is just about to go back into the release process again.
