This is clear . Not this isn't directly possible currently. Version 5.0.x does allow users to subscribe to a module (Allow Subscriptions in Module Settings), then a tick box appears in the icon bar, which a user can tick to subscribe to new event notifications.

If you know how to write SQL, you could write a database trigger that automatically adds adds a record to the subscriptions table, when you add a new user. But that does mean getting involved in the SQL database.

Otherwise, raise a request on Gemini, and we can look to add this enhancement in a future release.
