Is there a way to allow other times, then those that end on the 30minute marks?

I am trying to added our class schedule, which most of the classe don't start or end on the round :30 mark.

(Even if I have to manually do it in the database)

Go to the settings of the module, first setting of Events part: change Edit Time Interval

Thanks for this post!

The help icon on this setting says

Enter the time interval for Event Times (Minutes) - NOTE: do not change after initial setting!

So - since I didn't find this until I've already put in a good amount of data, now that I need to set some times to :15 and :45, what would happen if I changed this now?

What should I do - can I export the data and import it into a new instance?

Thanks also for a really nice module!

Hm... I am puzzled.  think the help text is wrong and mb a result of some long time ago structure of the module.

I just tried myself to change the setting: OK, no problem. I had a look into the database structure: OK, no problem, the time is stored as a time and not as a link to the picklist of starting times. I looked into the code and afaics managing the start/end is just picking up the minute values from the picklist.

So I think it is safe to say that the help text is wrong: the pick list of minutes can be changed.

The next version will have a corrected help text.

If I remember correctly (and I'd have to dig in the code), when an event is edited, the module only displays times that match what has been set in Module Settings. So changing from every 30 mins to every 15 mins is not a problem because 30 is a multiple of 15. But changing from 15 to 30 can be a problem, because and event stored as 10:15 would appear for edit at 10:00 (or 10:30, not sure which).

To be honest the time space should be changed to allow unlimited flexibility, but because it just puts all options in a list it makes the list very long when you set the frequency to every 5 mins... It could do with code improvement.

Cheers
Roger
