I'm wondering if it is currently possible to set "View" permissions on a PER EVENT basis.  I have a number of sub calendars that all "feed" into a master calendar on the home page of an intranet site, but it would be useful if many of the events could be filtered out based on the user group that a person belongs to.  For instance, perhaps an IT event is only applicable to executives.  It would be great to flag the event so that only users in the "executives" group could see it.  Essentially, it's a way to reduce the clutter of events that might not apply to a given user's role.

If this isn't currently possible, would this be appropriate to enter into the Gemini system?

Thank you!

In version 5.0.0 we have improved the display of events within master calendars. Previously all events from sub-calendars were displayed in master calendars irrespective of the security set on sub-calendars. 5.0.0 now respectives sub-calendar security. So it would be possible to set-up the sub-calendars appropriately to show the events for each of your groups.

If this doesn't meet your need, then feel free to raise a request on Gemini.

Cheers
Roger
