Hi Angel,

Try running this query

SELECT     ModuleID, EventID
FROM         {databaseOwner}{objectQualifier}EventsSignups

Then for each ModuleID, EventID pair try running:-

EXEC {databaseOwner}{objectQualifier}EventsSignupsGetEvent @moduleID = ###,
  @eventid = ###

No need to post the results here, but let us know if you get any errors.

Thanks
Roger

Nop, no errors. This is the first query result:

ModuleID    EventID
1605    4
1605    6
1605    7
1605    8
1605    8
1605    10

For each one I' run the second script with no errors. Nevertheless when in case 1605-8 I got two records:

EventID SignupID ModuleID Userid Approved UserName Email EventTimeBegin Duration EventName Importance EventApproved MaxEnrollment Enrolled PayPalStatus PayPalReason PayPalTransID PayPalPayerID PayPalPayerStatus PayPalRecieverEmail PayPalUserEmail PayPalPayerEmail PayPalFirstName PayPalLastName PayPalAddress PayPalCity PayPalState PayPalZip PayPalCountry PayPalCurrency PayPalPaymentDate PayPalAmount PayPalFee TimeZoneOffset

Any thoughts?

Thanks

Hi Angel,

I'm struggling to come up with a conclusive answer to this. It feels like the module code is out of line with the database.
I would try and re-install version 4.0.2 of the code, and check there are no errors on install.

The problem for me is the edit routine does not access PayPalLastName, and in any case this error looks like it is down in the depths of the core code.

Has this problem only occured since you upgraded to 4.0.2? Does it happen on all events, or a specific one? At what stage of the subscription process does it fail?

Thanks
Roger

Roger, I'm sorry for the abandoned thread. The problem solved with one of the updates I've applied.

Thank you for your support!!
