To be honest I'm not sure what else to suggest. What you should need is:-

  • Registered Users - Module edit permissions
  • Approveadmin - Allocated as moderator in Moderator settings, and Module edit permissions (which should be done automatically)

Make sure the user is is trying to add events, has logged out and logged in if you have created new roles.

Sorry, I can't  express my requirement properly.

I need both below these option.

Registered Users - Add event permissions
Approveadmin - Allocated as moderator in Moderator settings, and Module edit permissions (which should be done automatically)

But can't do it.I have given permission Edit Module(in event module left is Event--> Settings-->Permission Edit module ) to Registered Users
I make the display the module container as u told, then  view month, view weak and List event option are comming below for registored users.
But Add event link is not comming below Event module when registered user logined. user login is perfect, don't know why it is not comming.

Ya u got the point what i want for Approveadmin, but can't find option how to give permission to Approveadmin as moderator.

Once again Sorry for distrubing u.

Thanks a lot for ur replay and for ur time.

I can't comment any further on why the Add Events isn't appearing for your registered users. That is the way it should work if you are using 3.3.8 or 4.0.0 beta.

For ApproveAdmin, you need to set this in the module Settings dialogue at the bottom under Event Settings then Moderator Settings.

Nibedita-

I had what I think is the same problem and was extremely frustrated. Then I saw that the 'Add Event' option button appeared when the User clicked Edit in the top left of the screen. I wished the the Module Permissions automatically had the User in Edit mode, but I was happy they could finally add events. I hope that helps.

This option can be set by the Admin, in Admin Site Settings. It isn't set at the module level. The setting is under Admin/Site Settings/Advanced Settings/Usability Settings/Control Panel Mode.

This could be the problem you are having Nibedita... Should have thought of it earlier. Thanks Jennifer.
