Had someone point out to me today that the small events module we have on every page (which is referenced to the big module on the Schedule page) does not work properly.  I have it set for small, month view only and we like the look of it the way it is.  Unfortunately, if someone clicks on the event dates show, nothing usefull happens and they either get told there are no events for that day (recurring events) or nothing displays (everything else).  What did we do wrong?  We do NOT want to change the display to show anything but highlighted dates, as we want the module to stay square like it is (looks awfull with misc. cell sizes).  Also, it would be really nice if the little yellow ballons showed up when they hoverd over it like they do when you use the visually awful mode.  You can witness the problme at www.northstarcamaroclub.net  Is there a way to make this work????  If there isn't, is there a way to redirect the user to the Schedule of Events page whenever they click on the small calanders?

Hiya,

This whole section of code in the module ie being revisited in the next release. It relates to this one - http://support.dotnetnuke.com/issue/ViewIssue.aspx?id=5500&PROJID=11. I'll do some checking now, and make sure it is covered by the existing bug reports, or post a new one if needed.

Well, at least you are working on it.  Hope the new release is pretty soon, we go live in a few weeks, and that is a glaring issue...

Look slike the issue I am having is addressed on the link, I think.  The Gemini page is not somehting i have explored before, but it looks like someone already complained about this issue and labelled it a showstopper.  Unfortunately, I could not figure out how to tell where the next release is in the process.  Are we looking at weeks or months?

Well after completeing trashing my debug environment (the w3wp process just kept grabbing memory, until it fell over), and ordering more memory so I can give more to my virtual machine to stop it thrashing the hard disk, I have figured out the bug will be fixed in the next release (i.e. I see it in 3.3.8, but not in 4.0.0 version we have now).

The new Events project team has only just formed, and it is working hard, however I wouldn't look at anything to rapidly. There are a reasonable number of bugs to be fixed first.......
