I have a DNN 6.2 website with multiple portals and using Amazon S3 to store website images.

When I look at the file manager, in one portal, all the Amazon folders and images are available.  when I look at the file manager in the other portal, some of the Amazon folders are not displayed.  Both portals are set up the same and the folder types are set to use the same AccessID and secret key.  Clicking on the Sync files in the file manager does not add the Amazon folders to the file manager.

thanks,

Are you running Evoq Content or are you using a 3rd party extension for the Amazon S3 folder provider?

This definitely sounds like a bug. Please open a trouble ticket with support and they can work with you to resolve the problem or find a workaround.
