Is it possible to load title, keywords and description dynamically for a page based on the content in DNN?

I have a page called View Deliverables which displays search results. The page title should be dynamic based on the result of search. How to accompolish this?

it should done in the module displaying the search results, which is able to set a new page title. It might also be done by jquery after rendering the page, but this would be less reliable. Di you develop the module for search results yourself?
