Is working in other core versions because it doesn't seem to work in 04.09.00

The   and just show up as part of the message

Got a workaround?

The following lines are parsed correctly here with 04.09.00:

www.dotnetnuke.com which results in the chat window as: www.dotnetnuke.com

DNN which results in the chat window as: DNN

So can you give us some more information about your input before parsing?

Ahh... I guess I didn't know that you had to remove the '=' sign with the first format.

When the = sign is included, but nothing is added within the starting markup it fails to format the text between the markup as a URL.

Such as dotnetnuke.com... In this case it just prints the markup on the screen exactly as input.

Thank you for indicating the incorrect behaviour of the parsing, when there is nothing added after the "=" sign.
In the next version this will be fixed!
