The thing is that i connected via SSMS to the database to see the tables you mentioned. So, as the connection is User Instance = True, and ti showed that UNC Share database connection error. That's why it redirects to Install.

Please tell me if I want to reinstall the DNN, how to Enable Language Pack properly?

please read http://www.dotnetnuke.com/Resources/Blogs/EntryId/1202/DNN-SQLExpress-SQL-Server-Management-Studio.aspx to access your database from DNN and SSMS.
if you want to use language packs, go to Admin > Language and install it. There might be known issues with this feature, which require upgrading to 6.2.1 (should be available in a few days) to get fixed.

I'm talking about Content Localization and in Host:

"Enable Content Localization?"
Check this box to allow site administrators to enable content localization for their site.

Is there a problem with Portals disappearing when using Enable Content Localization option?

Sebastian,

First of all, i mistakenly removed my database object from SSMS and it deleted Database.mdf file, so that's the reason it redirect me to the Install.aspx page.

Anyway, i made i fresh install on DNN 6 and created everything again (i saved css, images, ascx etc. files, so it was somehow fast recovering).

On the fresh install before i create another portal i do: 1. added a new language, 2. "Enabled Content Locallization", 3. Enabled defualt portal 0 content localization. Then i created my other portal and enabled content localization for it. So, my default 0 portal didn't disappear.

I'm not sure if that's the solution/bug. But i think if you don't enable content localization for portal 0, and enable it for another portal, then portal 0 may disappear mysteriously.

I am not aware of "content localization" hiding or deleting other websites withing the same DNN installation, but to be honest, I never used this option in production.
