Currently the downloads page has: Store 01.00.00 BETA (Install + Install w/Source)

Currently DotNetNuke 4.3.0 contains a version of 01.00.01 (Install only)

Does anyone know anything further to this? Even with DotNetNuke 4.3.0 available for download I still feel like I'm in limbo, have I missed something?

No limbo intended.  The current version is the 1.0.1 release that comes bundled with DNN 4.3.0 and 3.3.0.  All future releases of the store will be bundled with the corresponding DNN release.  I will follow up with Shaun to see if the release will also be added to the download page of the store project.

I don't want to put too much emphasis on this but I think this may be part of the reason I was a little confused. If the numbering were to go like this:

01.00.01
01.00.02
01.00.03
...
01.00.08
01.00.09
01.00.10

...as it does with some software, I would be confused by your comment (which I have seen before) because the store is labelled 01.00.01 in DNN 4.3. I wasn't sure whether there was actually another version besides the one in 4.3.

I'm guessing you're not numbering in this way?
