It means a lot- when I try to kick in VS2005 and debug I feel so much pain without first migrating the entire project to 2.0. It has been out for such a while, and DNN 4.x is on 2.0 as well. Without a same framework version I feel that we are spending whole day to try to just setup a debugging environment properly.

I could be wrong- but if thats the case, I suggest someone to create a proper configured DNN4.x + DNN Store source code then let us try to open that for our work.

I also tend to agree the controlled open source model is making things tough for other to participate. With projects that are running on CVS in sourceforge.net, I can fetch the latest source relatively easy. Here I can just feel I need to wait for centuries until the new source version is releasing.

Also a fact to mention- www.oscommerce.org currently is far more mature- I think store module need to be going really fast otherwise I dont think its going to be ever usable comparing to what other are offering.

Hello,

Where can I get the latest source? It seems the 1.0.0.1 beta version does not include any project files and/or data providers?

In the source zip, rename the .Resource file .zip and open it.

If you want to be more involved contact one of the project leaders whos project you want to be involved in and most would be happy to get more help.  The more resources we can throw at a project, the more requested features can be completed, bugs can be fixed, etc.  For example, if you want to see the store improve at a quicker rate, then contact Robert Collins and see what you need to do to get involved.
