Please read the Install Guide (for classic installation) and the Templating Guide available at Codeplex. Normaly, you should have 3 pages: Store, Store Account and Store Admin. You should place the modules Store Menu, Store Catalog and Store Mini Cart to the Store page. Your visitors navigates through categories using the Store Menu module. In the Store Catalog module settings, you can select a default category to display.
