This is due to a FU*#§NG change in DNN 5.1 when FriendlyUrl is used! It works prefectly on my PC with DNN 4.6.2 (min required version). I will produce a new release in hours, could you please test it again.

A bit off topic. Would it be possible to add a setting that suppresses the shipping info request at checkout? The issue is that the items my users sell are for pickup at an event they are promoting. Example one sells festival T-Shirts that are picked up when the attendee arrives at the festival. No shipping involved. Or, maybe a pickup only option as one of the shipping options?

It looks good!! I will test extensively this evening. I am remote right now, so, could not test the IPN part, but the rest looks good.

I will post results later. I have a Saturday 'Go Live' with this, so wish me luck.
