Hi Gilles,

Hope all is well on your side of the Atlantic today!

I've been using the latest version of the Store module and have been blown away by it! Only have one issue, that being when I select "Featured item" and select the dates, then press update, the page returns to the edit page and I'm told the dates are not valid. I added zeros so that 1/16/2011 would appear as 01/16/2011 but this didn't help. I also changed it to 16/01/2011 which caused the page to throw an error stating that it was an invalid date/time format.

Hope this helps in debugging! Thanks for the great module.

Cheers!

Dana

P.S. If you ever get to Ottawa you can play paintball at my field for free.

Dana, not sure if this answer is relevant in this case, but anyway: testing dates with a day lesser than 12 and comparing to the same test with a day greater than 12 is the basic test to detect date format problems (dd/mm/yyyy vs mm/dd/yyyy). Have you done that?

Hi Dana,

Please could you tell me which DNN version you use, the installed language packs and the default language? Your second date format look like the French one, I test the module in English and French then it should work!?

Thanks to invite me to your field, but I'm poor and there is no chance I could come at Ottawa! ;-) Drink a beer for me with your friends!

Gilles

We (team members) are Humans offering their knowledge, their work and their spare time FOR FREE to benefit the community. It would be so particularly appreciated that your messages begin with "Hello" and end with "Thank you" or any other form of politeness. Ask yourself what your reaction would be, if you were approached by me (a total stranger) on the street to ask you something without saying "Hello" nor "Thank you"? After several years of services dedicated to the community, I begin to be tired to read requests without any form of politeness.
