Hi team,
Is it possible to amend the order status processing?

We're looking at using Store for our site where customers place an order, then do some configuration on their product and pay once their configuration is complete.

To achieve this, we would like the status sequence to be something like:
  Customer configuring
  Awaiting payment
  Paid
  Processing
  Dispatched

In addition, when the order is paid, we need to make a call to another system on the server, to move the product on within the processing system. Is it possible to hook into the Store processing to trap this event?

Hi James,

To change the status strigns, you have to use the DNN Language Editor. You could call your other system by modifing the payment provider. As a sample, you want want to use PayPal you should create a new payment provider by a different name and cut/paste the code from the PayPal provider. This way you will be able to add your requirement without loosing upgrade possibility.
