Yes this is the right place to ask questions related to the Store module! :-)

The current stable version 02.01.36 do not allow a user to checkout without an account.
On the other hand, the new beta 02.01.41 allow this! The new beta have three checkout modes: Registration required, Customer choice (with or without a DNN account) or Anonymous (without a DNN account).
