I thought it was solved, now it's back. I added a couple of cart items and all seemed to check out fine. Now as I'm tweaking things, going to cart and check out simply refreshes the page - not cart or check out. I have the store admin on a separate page and have no idea what I could have done to make it break again.

On your other post - Chapter 3? I don't see any chapters, just pages of posts on source code installs.
