I am working locally using IIS 5.1 After selecting items from the store and moving to the store account, when I select the checkout button I get this message and the application fails. I am running Store 2.1.26

A critical error has occurred.
Could not load file or assembly 'CountryListBox' or one of its dependencies. The module was expected to contain an assembly manifest.

Also, I am unable to logout. I have to close the browser and reopen the browser to get to a new login page.

Any thoughts you might have are greatly appreciated.

Thank you.

Hi,

The CountryListBox is part of DNN, it could be a problem related to folder rights or to a corrupted file. Can you access to the country list in the user profile? Connect to your instance with the host account, click on "SuperUser Account", then click on "Manage Profile". If the country list can't be displayed in the Address section it's a problem with your DNN instance. Try to apply the right "Modify" to the ASP.NET Machine Account on the DNN installation folder and all sub folders and files, then restart IIS service.

We (team members) are Humans offering their knowledge, their work and their spare time FOR FREE to benefit the community. It would be so particularly appreciated that your messages begin with "Hello" and end with "Thank you" or any other form of politeness. Ask yourself what your reaction would be, if you were approached by me (a total stranger) on the street to ask you something without saying "Hello" nor "Thank you"? After several years of services dedicated to the community, I begin to be tired to read requests without any form of politeness.

I tried all that you have recommended and the error persists. It must me a corrupted file. If corrupted, does this require a new Installation be performed?

Thanks again for all of your help.

Hi John,

It will be probably more secure and simple to delete all and install DNN again .
