Hi....
I have a weird issue with the email notifications for the store.

I have several products in the catalog. When an order is placed, an email is sent to the purchaser with the Order Contents displayed.

I have 2 out of 8 products for which the first digit of the price is '1' (1,000 and 1,150).
Whenever either of these items is purchased (just one of either of the items), the email sent displays the item in the following format :
GP1 - Gene synthesis, E. coli expression of protein x 1 @
x @
,150.00

instead of
GP1 - Gene synthesis, E. coli expression of protein x 1 @ $1,150.00

This only occurs with the two items that have a price that starts with numeral 1, and it does not occur for these products if I order more than one, so that the total for the item does not start with the number 1.

I don't see anything unusual with the way the items were added to the catalog.
The order detail page on the website appears normal, it's only the email notification to the purchaser that has the aberration. The totals for the order are all correct.

Do you have any idea what the solution to this is?
thanks,
Jill

One additional piece of information..... if I order 10 of the item, so the first digit is still 1 in the total, things are correct in the email.
Thanks again for any help.

Hi Jill,

Could you specify the versions you use for the Store module and your DNN instance, I will try to reproduce and keep you informed.

After several years of services dedicated to the community, I begin to be tired to read requests without any form of politeness.

Hi Gilles,
Thanks for your offer to help.
I'm using Store 3.0.0 and DNN 5.6.3 (45).
The site is virtualnorthwoods.com/tempest if you want to place an order to see what happens.

Hi Jill,

I have installed DNN 5.6.3 with Store 03.00.00 and I'm able to reproduce this problem when the 'Currency Symbol' setting is empty or equal to '$'. It's really strange because it works when I use the € symbol!
I need a few days to debug and correct this bug. I will keep you informed.
