using the release: 5.1.4 with most current store module 2.01.25.  I am fairly new to this but have gone through lots of documentaion and video tutorials on dnncreative.

Firstly my appreciation for the improved store module. The ship to address would not carry forward to the paypal (sandbox) site. I continue to have the same issue with this new release. Am I missing something? Does anyone know how to resolve this?

Paypal "review your payment"  screen default to this ship to  address (instead of the user registered address):
1 Main St
San Jose, CA 95131
United States

Hi Ram,

This is NOT related to the Store module! The shipping address is transmited to PayPal in both mode (Sandbox / Real) but the PayPal Sandbox ALWAYS use the shipping address generated at account creation. You can control by yourself in the file PayPalPayment.ascx.cs, look at the method SetupPayPalFields. If you look at the PayPal Website Payments Standard documentation (table 8), the PayPal provider transmit all the address fields (address1, address2, city, country, first_name, last_name, ...).

We (team members) are Humans offering their knowledge, their work and their spare time FOR FREE to benefit the community. It would be so particularly appreciated that your messages begin with "Hello" and end with "Thank you" or any other form of politeness. Ask yourself what your reaction would be, if you were approached by me (a total stranger) on the street to ask you something without saying "Hello" nor "Thank you"? After several years of services dedicated to the community, I begin to be tired to read requests without any form of politeness.
