Please forgive my ignorance... I have no experience with any "store" programs of any kind, but we do have someone here who is eager to use something like this, even if it is still in beta.

Is there any documentation, or quick walk-throughs of how to set this up?

I have downloaded/uploaded the module, and have put them on some pages, but I have absolutely no idea of what each portion (module) does.  I looked back through the forums, but didn't find much other than documentation will eventually be available.  Granted, I didn't read every forum thread, but I did go through all the thread titles that sounded like what I was looking for.

You make an excellent point.   A short document or setup video needs to be put together and will be added to our todo list.

I will try to quickly summarize how to set up a store using the various store modules.
  1. Create a page for the catalog.  This page should be viewable by all users.Add
    1. Add the "Store Catalog" to the content pane
    2. Add the "Store Menu" to the left pane.
    3. Add the "Store Mini Cart" to the right pane.
  2. Create a page for the cadetails.Add
    1. Add the "Store Account" to the  content pane
  3. Create a page for the store administration viewable by admins only.
    1. Add the "Store Admin" to the contepaneGoe
  4. Go to the store admin page and setup the stosettings.Select
    1. ect the cart page created in step 2 as the selected value for the "Shopping cart page"
    2. Select and setup a paymegateway.Add
  5. Add up categories and products
